Our labor and employment law boutique client is seeking an associate who has, ideally, 3-5 years of traditional labor law experience, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, mediations, grievance administration, union avoidance and resolving labor disputes. This attorney will provide “hands on” business advice and strategies to management and public sector clients regarding various traditional labor law issues. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain substantial traditional labor law experience at a highly regarded firm that has a collaborative work environment.
