Health Care Regulatory Attorney

The Chicago office of our national law firm client is seeking an attorney with, ideally, 4-6 years of health care regulatory experience to join its growing Health Care practice. Regulatory experience applicable to the life science industry, including FDA regulatory matters related to drug, biologicals, medical devices (including in vitro diagnostics), and/or combination products, such as premarket review issues, product jurisdiction questions, post-market CGMP compliance, advertising and promotion, and clinical research. Antitrust Regulatory/Compliance Associate (Junior To Mid-Level)

The Chicago office of our international law firm client is seeking an attorney with at least two years of antitrust regulatory (not litigation) experience, including dealing with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the “HSR Act”) and merger control compliance issues. This attorney should be able to assess HSR reportability, prepare HSR forms and manage filing preparation as well as handle substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions, Second Request responses and general antitrust counseling matters. Experience in HSR notification compliance and representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division in merger clearance matters is essential and any corporate M&A or private equity fund experience is a plus. This practice group supports the corporate and private equity practices.
