Office leasing experience is required. No portable business is required for senior level attorneys. The work includes acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing (debt and equity), development, workouts, tax deferred exchanges and ownership structuring on behalf of entrepreneurs, lenders, investment funds, developers, landlords, tenants, brokers, investors and small businesses both domestically and foreign. The Commercial Leasing practice group of our mid-sized law firm client is seeking to hire an attorney (full-time-1800 hours; non-partner track) with 3-15+ years of commercial leasing experience, preferably on both the landlord and tenant side. This attorney should have strong drafting and good communication skills as there is a lot of direct client contact, good negotiating experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The firm will consider individuals who left a larger firm to start their own leasing practice as well as attorneys who are looking to re-enter practice after taking time off. This is a great opportunity to handle commercial leasing matters while working reduced hours.
