Our Am Law 100 law firm client is seeking a well-credentialed attorney who has, ideally, 1-6 years of IP and technology transactions or other relevant experience. Associates in the IP Transactional group have the opportunity to work on a wide range of the transactions, including outsourcing (ITO and BPO), strategic alliances, joint ventures, software and systems (development and licensing), R&D and technology transfer, licensing (patent, trademark and copyright), biotechnology, Internet and eCommerce, M&A, financing and restructuring. This is a great opportunity to handle complex, challenging and diverse IP transactions while being part of one of the firm's largest and most respected practice areas.

This attorney should have experience handling complex technology transactions such as licensing, cloud services and outsourcing, internet and e-commerce transactions, and IP issues regarding joint ventures, M&A, and financing transactions.
