Commercial Litigation Associate

The growing Chicago office of our national law firm client is seeking a well-credentialed, Illinois bar admitted associate with, ideally, 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience. This attorney must have discovery, motion, deposition and courtroom experience. This associate will handle various litigation matters involving business disputes, breach of contract, class action and intellectual property issues. The expected annual billables are only 1,900.

Litigation (Financial Services/Regulatory Enforcement)

The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 firm client is seeking a financial services litigation associate to join its Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in financial services litigation and/or regulatory enforcement gained at a well-respected law firm or a government agency. This attorney will litigate a wide variety of financial services matters regarding the CFTC, SEC, FINRA, securities and derivatives exchanges, and state Attorneys General as well as related antitrust and white collar criminal matters as needed. Typical matters include disputes over equities or derivatives trade practices, enforcement of the federal securities laws or consumer protection issues.
