Investment Funds Associate

The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their Investment Funds group. Corporate and transactional attorneys who are interested in switching their practice area to investment funds will be considered. Any familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and Securities Act of 1933 is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing Investment Funds practice group.
