Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate

The Chicago office of our national law firm client (eight offices with under 80 total attorneys) is seeking an associate who has 3-6 years of insurance coverage litigation experience dealing with construction and/or property matters. This attorney will be responsible for managing cases, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling court proceedings. The firm offers excellent benefits, including paying 75% of your health care plan (medical, dental and vision) premiums. This is a great opportunity to join the growing construction insurance coverage litigation practice of a small, collegial office of a national law firm.

Litigation Attorney (Associate, Counsel, Senior Counsel Or Partner)

Our Chicago-based litigation boutique client (under 25 attorneys) is seeking a defense attorney at the associate, counsel, senior counsel or partner level who has tried (as a first, second or third chair) at least 2-3 jury trials. Relevant experience includes complex civil litigation, employment law, pharmacy law, healthcare law, product liability, retail premises liability, tort defense and/or insurance coverage. The firm has a national trial practice and has represented businesses and not-for-profit organizations throughout the country. The expected billables are only 1950.
