Commercial Litigation Associate

Our small (under 15 attorneys), entrepreneurial law firm client in the Loop is seeking an associate who has 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience. The litigation practice includes representing businesses, financial institutions and individuals in cases involving business tort, contract, business dissolution, condo association, franchise, real estate, construction, employment, partnership dispute, and banking matters. The “target” (as there is no minimum) billable hours are only 1,400-1,600 a year so this is truly a “quality of life” firm.

Employment Litigation Attorney

Our Chicago-based mid-sized law firm client (under 175 attorneys) is seeking an associate with, ideally, 1-2 years of employment litigation experience, including discrimination, restrictive covenants, breach of contract or fiduciary duty, harassment and retaliation, wage and hour/overtime, noncompete, WARN Act, ADA and ADEA matters. Any traditional labor law experience is a plus. The firm's Labor & Employment group has been recognized in the first tier of labor management practices in Chicago. This is a great opportunity to be part of a smaller (under 12 attorneys), close knit and growing labor & employment law group.
