The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking an attorney who has at least three years of construction law experience. This associate should have commercial contract drafting experience, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts, supply agreements, purchase of goods contracts, service agreements, consulting agreements, and a variety of other commercial contracting agreements. Typical matters include construction claims, warranties, liens, defects, and payment disputes, real estate titles, leases, deeds, zoning, foreclosure, and covenants, breach of contract, insurance coverage, and enforcement and collection of judgments. Representative clients include contractors, owners, construction managers, material suppliers, design professionals, commercial and residential builders and developers, landlords and property managers.
