Our small litigation boutique client (under 10 attorneys) is seeking an associate who has 1-3+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience. This firm will train an associate who only has civil litigation defense experience if the attorney is interested in focusing on workers’ comp defense. The target billables are 1,800-1,900.
