Knowledge of USPTO procedures, conducting trademark clearance searches, computerized docketing systems and experience with Relativity, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw or similar technology. Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Salary up to $100K with comprehensive benefits.
