Our large law firm client in the loop has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager. This person will lead all aspects of Talent Management initiatives including recruiting, development and career management programs for their local office. Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management or a related field preferred. Five years of related experience; at least 5 years of HR, recruiting and development experience preferred. Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization. Creative problem solver; able to manage through ambiguity; apply solid judgment and initiate action. Salary up to $105K with comprehensive benefits package.
