Office Manager Job #1912

Our small, civil litigation boutique client in the loop is seeking to hire an Office Manager with 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, memos, calendaring, electronic filing (state and federal), bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, banking), trial preparation (exhibits, document management) and transcription. You must be proficient in Word, Time Slips and Quickbooks. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. Salary up to $60K with benefits and bonus.
