Large law firm has an immediate need for a National Staff Recruiter with 5+ years’ experience in recruitment preferably in a law firm or related service industry. As the firms National Staff Recruiter, you will provide full cycle recruiting (source, qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate and close offers). Ability to develop creative approaches to source candidates in challenging niche market is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of Workday, ViRecruit or a similar applicant tracking system is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Salary up to $100K with comprehensive benefits.
