National insurance litigation firm is seeking to hire a litigation paralegal with 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, calendaring/scheduling; legal research; review, organize and maintain case materials; draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers and other legal documents; assist in deposition preparation , pre-trial investigations and trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and /or trial; prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial; provide trial assistance; and experience and knowledge of the State and Federal Court systems and filings. Associated degree and paralegal certificate preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, document and client management, and First Party Property Insurance is a plus. Salary up to the mid $70’s with comprehensive benefits.
