Our highly regarded labor and employment law boutique client is seeking an associate who has 3-6 years of traditional labor law (including campaign and representation case work) and management-side employment litigation experience. This attorney should have drafted pleadings and responded to discovery, taken and/or defended depositions, and drafted motions for summary judgment and discovery related motions. Associates may work remotely although they are encouraged to work in the office one to two days a week to ease the transition into the firm and build relationships with other attorneys.
