Our Am Law 100 client is seeking an experienced IT support analyst. This position provides technical help desk support for all firm offices and hands-on support for end user devices in Chicago, including both hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have experience with executives and be able to identify, analyze, and work toward preventative solutions to recurring problems. The daily work consists primarily of phone/email support with some desk side support. Salary commensurate with experience.
