Our growing labor & employment boutique client in Chicago is seeking an associate who has, ideally, 2-4 years of employment counseling (not litigation) experience. This attorney will provide advice to union and non-union employers regarding various issues, including compliance audits, risk mitigation, FMLA, ADA and IHRA matters, anti-discrimination, OSHA and affirmative action compliance, and employment agreements.
