Our international law firm client is seeking a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist with 3+ years of experience working in a diversity, equity and inclusion role, preferably with law firm or professional services industry experience. This role has the ability to achieve a Senior designation for someone who has 4+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of performing elevated responsibilities within the current role. The ideal candidate will have experience performing quantitative and comparative data validation and analytics, a demonstrated understanding of Excel, and the ability to communicate takeaways, methodologies and assumptions for data analysis. This person must be detail-orientated, organized and process-driven, and posses strong problem solving, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
