Debt Finance Paralegal II Job #2202 (New York)

The New York office of our global law firm client is seeking to hire an experienced corporate paralegal who will support multiple Corporate Partners focusing on Debt Finance and the overall practice on.a variety of deals. The ideal candidate will possess experience in one or more areas including debt finance, M&A, private equity, asset-backed securitization, investment funds, investment management and/or venture capital. Excellent analytical and organizational skills, solid communication and management skills, creativity and initiative are required. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Carpe Diem, Westlaw, TextMap, Relativity, SharePoint, LegalKey and a document management system are required. Bachelors Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required. Salary commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package included.
