Boutique business law firm in the Loop is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support the Firm’s growing and dynamic practice. This individual will be engaged with corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions support, SEC and EDGAR filings, resolution drafting, and general paralegal and administrative needs within the corporate department. The Paralegal will, from time to time, support other projects for the broader legal team. In addition to a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, selected candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated commitment to superior client service and excellence in communication who builds strong and effective work-relationships with clients and colleagues. Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred. Salary up to $100K with comprehensive benefits.
