Our international law firm client is seeking a compensation manager who has at least 5 years of experience in a compensation analytical role, including a demonstrated use or development of compensation best practices, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. This position will be responsible for designing, evaluating, modifying and managing compensation policies and practices to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in data analysis and expert knowledge in compensation related laws and regulations. This person should also possess advanced-level written and verbal communication skills, and strong project management and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree is required and a masters degree is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
