Our growing privately held company client located in the northern suburbs is seeking two Associate General Counsel: one with 5-8 years of employment law and health care compliance experience, and the other with 9+ years of health care transactional/M&A contracts experience. These attorneys will draft and negotiate licensing, service and non-disclosure agreements; supervise the acquisition of medical practices in the U.S., including due diligence, document review and negotiation, compliance analysis and business integration; draft and negotiate asset purchase agreements, supply agreements, technology agreements and employment and professional services agreements; and develop and implement policies to comply with federal and state laws and regulations, including HIPAA, Privacy Act, STARK, wage and hour, FMLA and antitrust. Initially, these attorneys will need to work in the office 2-3 days a week. This is a wonderful opportunity to join the busy in-house legal team of a dynamic company.
