Our mid-sized IP boutique client is seeking a USPTO admitted attorney with 2-7 years of patent prosecution experience. An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science or computer engineering is required. You will handle patent prosecution, preparation, licensing and client counseling matters.
