Job #1260

Leasing Attorney

The Commercial Leasing practice group of our mid-sized law firm client is seeking to hire an attorney (full-time-1800 hours; non-partner track) with 3-15+ years of commercial leasing experience, preferably on both the landlord and tenant side. This attorney should have strong drafting and good communication skills as there is a lot of direct client contact, good negotiating experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The firm will consider individuals who left a larger firm to start their own leasing practice as well as attorneys who are looking to re-enter practice after taking time off. This is a great opportunity to handle commercial leasing matters while working reduced hours.

  • “The decision to leave my former firm was difficult, but the thought of conducting a job search in Chicago while continuing to practice in Indianapolis was simply overwhelming. Fortunately, I was referred to Alan Rubenstein by a friend. Alan’s knowledge of the Chicago legal market and the different cultures within various law firms was invaluable. The information and resources Alan provided gave me a competitive advantage and allowed me to negotiate a superior arrangement, but most importantly, he helped me select the firm best suited for my personal and professional goals. I have since referred several of my friends to Alan and they have each had equally rewarding experiences.”
