The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking an associate for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in advising private and public companies on executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements, including equity and cash-based incentive compensation programs and change in control and severance arrangements, and advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions. Candidates with tax and employment law backgrounds who are interested in practicing in employee benefits and executive compensation will also be considered.
