Our small, entrepreneurial law firm (under 25 attorneys), which has a significant commercial real estate practice, is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of significant retail leasing experience (preferably on the landlord side and gained at a law firm [vs. in-house]) dealing with national or regional retail and junior-anchor tenants. The commercial leasing issues will involve exclusivity, co-tenancy, sales volume, REA and other development issues. A portion of the practice will deal with commercial acquisition, disposition and development matters.
