Established in 1988, Chicago Legal Search, Ltd., a diversity-owned business, is the preeminent legal search firm in Chicago. Our clients range from the largest law firms and corporations in the Chicago metropolitan area to unique boutiques and privately held companies. Our primary focus is attorney recruitment and placement. Clients and candidates alike can expect a pro-active, tailored search on their behalf. Employers, as well as attorneys seeking new opportunities, consistently tell us how satisfied they are with our performance. In 2001, we established CLS Legal Staffing, a division that places outstanding paralegals, legal secretaries and support staff. In 2011, we officially launched CLS Executive Search, a retained division that focuses exclusively on providing executive-level recruiting and consulting services.
