Patent Prosecution Attorney

The Chicago office of our national firm client is seeking a USPTO admitted patent attorney with a degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and prosecution and technology licensing experience. This attorney will be involved in all facets of domestic and foreign patent prosecution in licensing, technology transactions, and intellectual property protection and enforcement, and all other activities related to the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property. This is an extremely collegial firm that offers its attorneys very reasonable billable hours (1,850).
