Intellectual Property (Transactional & Technology) Associate

The Chicago office of our international law firm client is seeking to hire an associate with 2-6 years of intellectual property-related transactional work experience, including licensing agreements, technology transfer agreements and data privacy and cybersecurity issues, trademark and copyright law, U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, and prosecution, and TTAB proceedings and enforcement. Attorneys in this IP and Technology practice group are delegated significant responsibility and have substantial client contact.
