We work on a contingency basis, so there is no fee to you unless you hire a candidate whom we have submitted. You can review resumes through us at no cost and compare their quality to those you receive from other sources. Should you hire a CLS-submitted candidate, the placement fee is based on a percentage of the placed candidate’s compensation. We offer a six-month pro-rata guarantee on all of our placements.
